Replacement and return:

We are pleased to offer our exchange and return policy. If you are 100% satisfied with your order, we will be happy to exchange or return it to you within:

7 days for exchange and 3 days for return from the date of receipt of the order for orders paid electronically (Mada - Visa - Master ...).

3 days for exchange and 1 day for return from the date of receipt of the order for orders collected upon delivery (cash on delivery).

Exchange and return terms:

In the event that the order is damaged or has manufacturing defects, you can replace and return it within the time period specified above. The shipping fees will be upon receipt of the order, correction and sending it back to you in the event of a replacement “free of charge” so that we bear the shipping cost.
