How to care for crystal jewelry

  • General Instructions: Protect your jewelry from shocks and scratches.
  • Remove jewelry before contact with water, entering a sauna, sleeping, or exercising or physically exerting yourself.
  • Avoid contact of jewelry with chemicals (such as perfumes, sea salt, chlorine, etc.).
  • Do not use jewelry in areas containing sulfur or iodine.
  • Store jewelry in a box or bag, preferably separate from other items.
  • Changes on the surface of the crystal or metal (such as yellowing or blackening of metal parts) may occur as a result of:
  • Exposure to the above factors,
  • Excessive sweating in some people,
  • Certain health conditions or medication use.

Cleaning:

  • Use a soft cloth.
  • To clean silver jewelry: Use a special cloth or solution specifically for silver.
  • For rhodium jewelry: Use a soft cloth with warm water and detergent, then dry thoroughly.

⚠️ Maintenance:

  • Do not attempt to repair the jewelry yourself — this will void your legal claim.
Failure to follow these guidelines may damage your jewelry and reduce its lifespan.

How to file a complaint or claim

  • Claims must be submitted within 24 months from the date of purchase.
  • Report the defect immediately upon discovery. Delay or continued use may:
  • Increases the severity of the defect,
  • It hinders the assessment of the real cause,
  • Leads to claim rejection.
  • The warranty period does not reflect the actual usable life of the product.
  • The warranty is a legal period and is not an indication of the product's suitability for use.
  • If the claim is valid, it will be responded to or the product repaired within a maximum of 30 days (unless a longer period is agreed upon).
  • A purchase receipt must be presented when making any claim.

Have a nice day
